Cabinets preferably with doors
Must be free of mold, water damage, and structural damage.
Plywood, Paneling, Trim, Lumber, Particleboard, Composite Decking
Lumber and trim must be 4 feet or longer and free of nails and screws. All wood products must be free of water damage, mold, and cutouts. Insulation and Roofing must be new and in original packaging.
Hardwood flooring, Carpeting, Vinyl, Tile, Laminates
Tile must be new and have enough to cover 100 sq feet, carpet can be used but no tears or stains.
New windows or gently used windows.
Must have all sashes and frames, must be free of broken glass, damage, and fogged glass. For larger windows, please call for pre-approval. We accept storm windows and screens along with Aluminum windows and wood or faux wood blinds with hardware.
Interior/exterior doors, storm, patio, and New shower doorsMust be free of damage, fogged glass, and lead paint. We do not accept broken door jams.
Tools and Equipment
All tools must be in working order and have batteries.
